WHO'S BEHIND THE NUMBERS

TINA SALANDRA, CPA, as Numerical's Principal, has over 20 years of experience in tax, accounting, and business services. Her clients include small business owners, self-employeds, and higher income professionals. She also specializes in tax planning for Same-Sex couples.

In addition to managing a growing tax and accounting practice, Tina Salandra has held Chief Financial Officer positions for an internet company, university, and an international not-for-profit organization. Her education credentials include a CPA license (PA), Masters Degree in Taxation, the City University of New York and a Bachelors Degree in Accounting and Business. Ms. Salandra has taught courses on business start-up essentials and tax law. Professional affiliations include the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the National Society of Tax Professionals.

BOBBY SHETHIA is Numerical's senior accounting manager responsible for business client services including accounting software set-up, financial analysis, and quarterly tax filings. In addition, Bobby works in tax preparation services and tax research. He has an MBA from Rice University and a BS in Accounting, with over 14 years of accounting experience working with small businesses.  He is also an Enrolled Agent for Taxes.

JAN NAVATKOSKI is Numerical's CFO/COO management consultant. She provides clients with targeted business stategies, financial and operations management, and improved internal controls and processes. Jan has over 15 years experience working for Fortune 500 financial services firms, small businesses, and not for profits. She has an MBA in Finance from Fordham University and is finalizing her CPA License (2012).

RON NELSON is our staff accountant, who assists with a variety of client accounting and tax matters. Ron has an accounting degree from New York University. He comes to Numerical with several years experience in a midsize firm.

ASHLEY NEUDORFF is our Administrative Associate at Numerical, who is responsible for a variety of duties necessary to help make our firm operate efficiently. Ashley is the person to assist you with your service needs when you call. She holds a BA in Communications from the University of Florida.

LANE SPRINGER is our office receptionist. He is the first person to greet you when you arrive at Numerical's office.
